JOB TITLE - CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS OFFICER

LOCATION - Lisbon, Portugal

About The Role -

We have an incredible opportunity for a Customer Accounts Officer to join our Rt
R Team. As a Customer Accounts Officer, you will be responsible for extracting AR aging reports, conducting root cause analysis, managing balance confirmations, overseeing provisions and accruals, and ensuring the timely closure of the AR subledger.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

1. Revenue Recognition and Accruals: calculate and determine revenue accruals for unbilled or unreceived revenue.
2. Account Reconciliations: perform customer balance confirmations and reconcile accounts to maintain AR
   - ledger accuracy.
3. AR Reporting and Analysis: prepare detailed records and reports that offer insights into financial performance and potential
   - saving opportunities.
4. Root Cause Analysis and Process Improvement: conduct root cause analysis to support process enhancements and drive efficiency initiatives.
5. Learning and Development: proactively participate in training (e. g. , S4 HANA) and work closely with the AR Process Area Lead to enhance technical knowledge and skill sets.

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WILL BE REQUIRED?

1. Education: BSc/BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance
2. Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience
3. Technical Skills:
4. Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA ERP
5. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, and SAP Analytics Cloud
6. Strong understanding of financial accounting and reporting
