Job Description:

As a Customer Account Associate with our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. The Customer Account Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product information, and ensuring a positive design experience. Key Responsibilities for our Customer Account Associate:

1. Greet and assist customers in a store setting with a friendly and approachable manner
2. Provide product information, answer questions, and offer recommendations to customers
3. Operate payment forms and handle financial transactions accurately
4. Maintain a clean and organized store environment
5. Monitor and replenish any merchandise on the sales floor
6. Assist in setting up displays and ensuring visual merchandising standards are met
7. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals
8. Stay informed about product features, promotions, and company policies
9. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns with professionalism and efficiency
10. Upsell products and encourage customers to join loyalty programs

Customer Account Associate Qualifications:

1. Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred but not required
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work in a team and independently
4. Basic math skills for handling transactions
5. Enthusiastic and positive attitude
6. Flexibility to work weekends and
   - major holidays, as needed
