Role: Curriculum Developer and Substitute Teacher (Content & Sub)

We are looking for a creative and innovative educator to support our multimedia graphic design and curriculum team. You will help shape our design language across educational materials and brand presentations, ensuring a vibrant, engaging, and visually stunning learning experience for our students and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with our curriculum coordinator to plan units of learning in different levels (K-6)
• Contribute to content curation and creation, collaborating with other educators to perfect your craft.
• Translate educational materials into visually appealing content to enhance engagement and learning outcomes
• Work closely with educators and the content team to ensure alignment with standards, incorporate feedback, and make content accessible and adaptable across different learning environments
• Assist with graphic design and illustration for educational content
• Act as an occasional substitute teacher for CET classes
• Stay up to date on innovations in AI, Ed
  Tech, and gaming to integrate into our design strategy

Skills & Qualifications

• BA in Education, Graphic Design or related field (preferred, but not required if you have an impressive portfolio)
• 2+ years of teaching and curriculum planning experience (design experience preferred)
• Experience planning lessons across a wide range of grade levels (K-6)
• Experience with children aged 4 - 10, ideally in an educational environment.
• Flexibility to step in as a substitute teacher in the CET time zone
• Proficiency in Adobe programs, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience with
  - based presentation tools like Genially is a plus
• Familiarity with AI design tools like Mid
  Journey
• Experience or interest in gaming is an added bonus
• Strong organizational skills for managing high volumes of design assets
• Adaptability and collaboration in a
  - growing international startup environment
• First language English. Bonus points for additional languages.
