CTO Mechanical Team Leader
Contract Type: Permanent
Your opportunity: We aim to integrate a new talent to our CTO (Configure To Order) team. The CTO Mechanical Team Leader will lead a team of 13 CTO engineers working together to deliver the BOM (Bills Of Materials) needed to launch our project in production.
Your Mission:
- Lead a team of 13 designers, including configuration and custom design.
- Ensure safety, quality, lead time, and cost for all designs.
- Participate in critical project reviews.
- Utilize RCA and
- solving skills. - Ensure training and development of the team.
- Maintain the team's KPIs.
- Perform and lead the SIM.
Your Profile:
- Mechanical background.
- Management skills.
- Leader profile.
- Experience with transversal projects and regional communication.
- Familiarity with BOM.
- Rigorous and collaborative work style.
- Experience with different departments (Equipment Supply Leaders, Purchase, Workshop, Field Services Engineers).
- Software: Solidworks (or 3D equivalent), Auto
CAD, PLM system (SAP preferred). - Customer and quality focus.
- Able to work and communicate with worldwide teammates.
