We are looking for a

Key Responsibilities

• Technology Leadership: Develop and execute the company’s technology vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Team Management & Culture: Lead and mentor a
  - performing, distributed engineering team while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
• Execution & Delivery: Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable and secure software systems. Ensure fast, efficient, and
  - quality code delivery without bureaucratic slowdowns.
• Business & Product Alignment: Work closely with
  - functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions that drive impact.
• Performance & Standards: Set high standards for code quality, performance, and deployment while maintaining a
  - paced development cycle.
• Continuous Improvement: Establish best practices for development, project management, and engineering processes, ensuring continuous optimization.
• Stakeholder & Budget Management: Manage the technology budget, allocate resources effectively, and build strategic partnerships with vendors and industry experts.
• Hands-on Leadership: While primarily strategic, be willing and able to dive into the codebase or technical
  - solving when needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• 7+ years of professional experience working with React, Node. js, and Web
  Sockets.
• 3+ years in a leadership role managing multiple engineering teams (product, core, bug fixes, etc. ).
• Strong understanding of crypto/blockchain technologies.
• Experience in high-growth environments that require adaptability and quick
  - making.
• Experience in the financial or i
  Gaming sectors (preferred).
• Track record of hiring, coaching high performers, and removing bottlenecks in engineering teams.
• Ability to set and maintain high standards while ensuring efficient,
  - driven execution.
• Data-driven mindset, obsessed with speed, efficiency, and measurable impact.
