Your opportunity:
We aim to integrate a new talent to our CTO (Configure To Order) team. The CTO Electrical Team Leader will lead a team of 8 CTO engineers working together to deliver the BOM (Bills Of Materials) needed to launch our project in production.
Your Mission:
- CTO: Configure To Order
- Lead a team of 8 electrical designers, including line analysis and E-diagram
- Ensure for all the design: Safety - Quality - Leadtime - Cost
- Operative role, participate in the critical projects review
- RCA and
- solving skills - Ensure training and development of the team
- Sense of responsibility
- Maintain the team KPIs
- Perform and lead the SIM
Your Profile:
- Electrical Background
- Skills in management
- Leader profile
- Transversal projects / region communication
- Familiar with BOM
- Rigorous
- Collaborative work with different departments (PM, Purchase, Workshop, FSE)
- Software: E-plan - SAP
- Customer and quality focus
- Able to work and communicate with worldwide teammates
