Your new role With the tools acquired during our initial training, you will be in charge of handling customer requests by answering incoming calls Answer to customer requests in an effective and timely way, ensuring a
- quality service is provided Providing product and tool support to improve customers experience Administrative tasks: documentation management and database updating What you need to succeed Croatian and English fluent or bilingual Computer literacy (easily browse different software programs in parallel) Previous experience in customer service is a plus Excellent communication skills (you are comfortable communicating with customers using several channels) Ability to
