Job Description:

What you will enjoy doing:

1. You will proactively handle collections within a portfolio of customers, being responsible and accountable for the collection process in the portfolio, based on policies and procedures defined by the company.
2. Further, you will build a relationship with customers which leads to good payment behavior.
3. Analyze and deciding on the level of credit worthiness of customers (for payments and deliveries) based on internal and external information, policies and procedures defined.
4. Resolving complex customer queries that directly support the payment of outstanding debt. Owning the query to a conclusion.
5. You will be advising on reconciliation and under/over payments as well as handle insolvencies.
6. Own more complex credit management issues when required from the Front Office teams.

What makes you great:

1. You have minimum secondary school (High School).
2. Have previous experience in administrative roles.
3. You speak a native level of French and English level B1.
4. SAP basic knowledge.
5. Excel knowledge (Pivot Tables, Formulas (vlookups, conditionals etc)).
6. You are ready to face new challenges and actively contribute to the success of the company's digital transformation project.
7. You are able to collect, interpret and use data effectively, driving digital transformation.

This role is a
- time position based on a limited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 07:00 hrs till 16:00 hrs.
