These are your tasks and responsibilities.

As a Credit Controller, you will ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and maintain accurate accounts receivable records. You will coordinate credit and collection efforts for international subsidiaries, including the Netherlands, in compliance with Radio Holland’s internal controls. The scope of your job is international, and you will be located in our office in Rotterdam (the Netherlands) or in Lisbon (Portugal)

Responsibilities:

• Process and reconcile bank statements.
• Assess customer creditworthiness and approve or deny credit.
• Negotiate payment plans and set terms.
• Manage credit control, including reminders and default notices.
• Collaborate with sales and legal teams.
• Work with collection agencies and lawyers.
• Maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle
  - related calls.
• Improve credit control processes.
