Job Description:

• Develop and optimize reusable components for web and mobile, ensuring visual and functional consistency.
• Ensure all Design System components follow best accessibility practices (WCAG), promoting inclusive experiences for all users.
• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure the quality, readability, and efficiency of the team's code.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product owners, and other developers to align technical and visual requirements.
• Actively contribute to detailed documentation of each component, facilitating its use by other teams.
• Test and validate the performance and accessibility of developed components.
• Maintain a
  - focused approach, ensuring the Design System adapts to both web and mobile contexts.

Qualifications:

• Solid experience in Front-End development, with a focus on:
  • HTML5
  • CSS3 (including preprocessors like SASS or LESS)
• Experience in developing and optimizing
  - platform components (web and mobile).
• Deep knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and accessibility validation tools (e. g. , Axe, Lighthouse).
• Experience in performing code reviews and promoting development best practices.
• Familiarity with documentation and component design tools like Storybook (version control experience required).
• Experience with automated testing tools to ensure component quality.
• Version control proficiency.
• UX knowledge (user-centric approach).
