Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in standardisation, harmonisation, digitalisation and automation of

We are looking for a Creative Designer to join our Airbus Beyond Team in Lisbon.

Responsibilities:

Airbus Beyond is a subsidiary of Airbus created with the sole purpose of guiding people and organisations beyond their current boundaries, setting new standards for aerospace. We empower aerospace professionals with the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to thrive in the industry - embracing new challenges, fostering innovation and equipping their teams for change.

As our future Creative Designer, you will support the application of the Airbus Beyond communication plan, as well as push for creativity and
- level design in all of our digital learning projects. As part of the Airbus Beyond Studio, you will help translate the communicational and pedagogical needs of our clients into engaging and impactful experiences, by applying your design skills to create effective learning content and all types of digital media.

You will work under the direction of the creative lead on digital learning projects, communication campaigns, branding and brand development.

1. Support the development of various types of instructional content, including video, motion graphics, interactive activities, written materials and infographics.
2. Develop creative concepts, social media content, marketing materials, presentations, and other graphic assets.
3. Work closely with our studio’s copywriters and account managers on a
   -
   - day basis.
4. Collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers, and other stakeholders to gather input and ensure accurate content.
5. Work on both
   - level concepts and the execution of the art direction on all communication material.
6. Research and experiment with emerging technologies and new design trends.

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:

1. 4+ years of experience as graphic designer / art director (creative studio, digital communication agency, design studio, etc. )
2. Proven track record developing 360º communication projects, using different mediums and touchpoints, taking into account the target and user’s journey.
3. Proven track record in branding and brand development.
4. Proven track record of distilling complex information into clear and simple messages.
5. Basic knowledge in generative AI and prompt engineering.
6. Proficient in UI/UX principles, with focus on usability and accessibility.
7. Experience with Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Animate is a plus.
8. Skills in illustration, data visualisation, photography and/or any other creative fields are a plus.
9. Interest in the aerospace ecosystem is a plus.
10. Fluency in English is mandatory. Any other language is a plus.
