Position Summary

For our Nestlé Business Services, we are currently looking for a Coffee Specialist. Reporting to CRC Team Leader, this professional will be responsible for all the front office contacts with customers for Nespresso brand.

A Day in the Life of. . .

• Attend all types of contacts made by Nespresso Customers via voice, email, or chat for both B2C and B2B business.
• Welcome customers and identify their needs.
• Advise customers and potential customers regarding Nespresso products and services.
• Initiate customers into the art of coffee tasting and stimulate their curiosity about our complete range of products.
• Conduct an initial analysis of reported machine malfunctions and guide customers as effectively as possible to Technical Assistance.
• Maximize the sale of all available Nespresso products (coffee, machines, and accessories).

What Will Make You Successful

• One- or
  - years’ experience in
  - facing roles (mandatory).
• Dominion of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Power
  Point, Excel).
• Proficiency in Swiss German / German - Mandatory.
• Proficiency in English is an asset.
• Good relational and communication skills.
• Multitasking abilities.
• Positive mindset, eagerness to learn, and a team player attitude required.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills to thrive in a
  - paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and respectfulness required.
