Position Summary

For our Nestlé Business Services, we are currently looking for a Coffee Specialist. Reporting to CRC Team Leader, this professional will be responsible for all the front office contacts with customers for the Nespresso brand.

A Day in the Life of. . .

1. Attend all types of contacts made by Nespresso customers by voice, email, or chat for both B2C and B2B business.
2. Welcome customers and identify their needs.
3. Advise customers and potential customers regarding Nespresso products and services.
4. Initiate customers into the art of coffee tasting and stimulate their curiosity about our complete range of products.
5. Conduct an initial analysis of reported machine malfunctions and guide customers effectively to Technical Assistance.
6. Maximize the sale of all available Nespresso products (coffee, machines, and accessories).

What Will Make You Successful

1. One to two years of experience in
   - facing roles (mandatory).
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Power
   Point, Excel).
3. Proficiency in French - Mandatory.
4. Proficiency in English is an asset.
5. Good relational and communication skills.
6. Multitasking ability.
7. Positive mindset, eagerness to learn, and a team player attitude required.
8. Strong organizational and prioritization skills to thrive in a
   - paced environment.
9. Strong work ethic and respectfulness required.
