We are seeking an experienced individual with a proven track record of success in the technology industry to become the country manager for Portugal. This role involves overseeing all business areas and operations in the country, driving process and project excellence, and fostering a culture of high performance and employee
- being. The ideal candidate will excel at building strong relationships, addressing performance challenges, and driving continuous improvement, playing a pivotal role in the company's success in Portugal.

Office: Lisbon

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Lead and manage a team of 200+ employees, overseeing various projects and operational aspects of the company
• Drive their culture transformation initiatives in Portugal, fostering an environment of innovation and excellence
• Implement effective employee development and retention strategies to maintain a
  - performing workforce
• Expand their footprint in Portugal by cultivating relationships with global and local clients
• Managing all operational aspects of the company, ensuring efficiency and quality in service delivery
• Motivating and inspiring the team to achieve exceptional results

We are looking for a professional with:

• 8-10+ years of experience in IT industry
• 3+ years of experience in General Manager/CEO/country manager/Unit manager or similar positions
• 3+ years of experience in people/project management positions in global and/or matrix companies
• Proven experience leading 80-100+ employees in IT sector
• Strong technical background in technology delivery and project management
• Demonstrated ability to lead change and transformation initiatives
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Hands-on leader capable of balancing strategic oversight with detailed operational involvement when necessary
• Experience in a different aspect of business: Project Management, Procurement, Stakeholder management, Budgeting, global company processes
