We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CEO to accelerate growth and lead all operations in Portugal. The ideal candidate will be a
- oriented visionary leader with a proven track record of success in the technology industry. You will be responsible for charting the strategic course of the company's development in Portugal and driving significant revenue growth and market leadership. You will oversee all aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, operations, R&D and Engineering, and finance.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing the company's
- term strategic vision and business plan for the Portuguese market. - Managing operations, optimizing processes and implementing best practices to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Coaching and leading the sales and account management teams in proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with potential and existing clients, expanding market share, and building strong partnerships.
- Collaborating with the marketing department to create and implement the new marketing strategies and approaches.
- Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure sustainable growth.
- Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks to the business.
- Collaborating with other departments and manager on the
- level of global company and working closely with them to achieve the goals. - Motivating and inspiring the team to achieve exceptional results.
We are looking for a professional with:
- 2+ years of experience in General Manager/ CEO/ country manager or similar positions in IT companies.
- At least 4 years of experience in people management positions, with 2 + years in top management positions.
- Proven previous experience in sales and commercial activity in SW development/ IT verticals, including developing and executing sales and revenue growth strategies and leading the sales teams.
- Excellent leadership, coaching and team management skills.
- Result-oriented and data driven professional.
- Effective communicator at all levels, including
- management.
