The Job
You will be responsible for:
- Identifying primary and secondary dealers, importers of alcohol, and distributors in the alcohol business.
- Achieving sales of more than 500 cases per month.
- Willingness to travel between East and West Africa.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the alcohol industry is required.
- Identifying prospective customers for our brand in this territory.
The Profile
- You have at least 6 years of experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Country Head / General Manager role, ideally within the FMCG, Hospitality, and Wines & Spirits industry.
- You are a seasoned leader with strong experience in managing P&Ls and driving growth within organizations.
- You possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
- You are a strong networker and relationship builder.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
- You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
