MISSION

The Counter Manager's mission is to oversee and direct the team in order to achieve the qualitative and qualitative objectives set by the brand. He/she is the representative of the brand's values, sales targets and the level of service given to customers.

Job responsibilities MAIN DUTIES Ensuring the achievement of qualitative and quantitative objectives. Follow-up of the sales targets of the stand. Monitoring of KPIs and individual team targets. Guarantee the achievement of the point of sales’ action plan. Ensure the highest level of customer service and customer loyalty. Suggest, promote, and implement action/improvement plans for the point of sales. Establish corrective and
- up action plans. Ensure the brand’s image and service guidelines are met. Participate in the recruitment of promoters, replacements (summer, Christmas, or holiday temporary consultants) or new positions. Coordinate schedules and planning to ensure the success of promotions. Profile SKILLS Ability to work and meet KPIs. Proactivity and continuous improvement attitude. Results oriented. Excellent customer service skills. Leadership.

PROFILE NEEDED MAIN STUDIES Bachelor’s degree or professional higher education. LANGUAGES Advanced English; Spanish highly valued. IT TOOLS Microsoft Office (Excel, Power
