RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop and oversee Sonae Arauco's strategic financial plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and
   - term financial modeling.
2. Lead the preparation and evaluation of the annual business plan, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and financial goals.
3. Analyze competitiveness and financial ratios to identify opportunities, and present financial findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.
4. Conduct comprehensive investment analyses, including discounted cash flow (DCF) modeling, capital allocation, and risk assessments.
5. Collaborate with
   - functional teams to provide financial insights, guide strategic initiatives, and support key
   - making processes.
6. Drive the integration of emerging technologies, particularly AI and ML, to accelerate and enhance the quality of financial
   - making.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Degree in Economics or Management (MBA or Postgraduate degree in Finance is a plus).
2. Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, investment evaluation, and quantitative analysis, with 5+ years of experience. Professional experience in Big4 and Audit is a plus.
3. Strong knowledge of corporate finance principles and accounting standards.
4. Proficiency in financial modeling tools and advanced Excel functions. End-user experience in SAP and HFM is a plus.
5. Exceptional
   - solving skills with the ability to work with complex data and to transform it into actionable insights. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to senior leadership.
6. A strategic mindset with a focus on innovation, collaboration, and delivering measurable results.
