Our Finance & Strategy team provides an array of comprehensive services catering specifically to our clients' unique and evolving circumstances which require creative and careful consideration, decision making, and guidance. Our services focus on M&A Transactions, Due Diligence, Capital Raisings, Private Placements, and Corporate Strategy.

Due to expanding business, the firm is looking to hire a Project Manager for our Porto or Lisbon office to be in charge of client engagements and manage a team of Associates, Senior Analysts, and Analysts.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in the Financial Services Industry with strong Corporate Finance and M&A expertise
  
  
• Fluency in English at proficient level. Previous
  - time education taught in English or previous
  - time employment in a country of official English language are an advantage
  
  
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant subject (Finance, Business, Economics, or similar)
  
  
• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Power
  Point (advanced level)
  
  
• Interest in the financial services industry and good awareness of the industry
  
  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generating
  - facing reports, presentations, and pitchbooks, data analysis, and financial modelling
  
  
• Manage a team of Associates, Senior Analysts, and Analysts and their client deliverables
  
  
• Provide ongoing training and mentoring of Associates, Senior Analysts, and Analysts
  
  
• Daily interaction and troubleshooting with
  - profile clients (primary liaison)
  
  
• Handling
  -
  - day correspondence with clients and their representatives
  
  
• Developing and executing business development strategies to expand our client base and services, including direct outreach to potential clients
