Corporate Development Associate, Private Equity-backed European Bank, Lisbon, Portugal

We are working for a PE-backed European bank which is looking for two individuals for its corporate development team. The team will develop strategies which will enhance and realize the value of the bank, including IPO, inorganic and organic growth, and changes to the capital structure. The role is based in Lisbon, Portugal. Please note that candidates for this role do not need to speak Portuguese.

Our client is a European bank, backed by a major private equity investor. The bank is active across commercial and retail banking and has been undergoing major positive change amid a focus on performance improvement.

Who we are looking for

• Experience in financial institutions M&A, corporate development or strategy gleaned from a major bank or strategy firm
• Able to communicate with a senior audience
• Strong modelling skills and highly

• Detailed understanding of commercial due diligence
