CORPORATE AFFAIRS TRAINEE

We are looking for a Policy & Communications Trainee to join our team, who will focus on supporting it on deploying important strategic projects for the company and on their daily activities.
The intern will have the opportunity to join for an internship a multinational company and develop knowledge in policy, communications, and work closely with external stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of strategic policy and communication projects;
- Work closely with the Policy and Communication lead in supporting therapeutic areas;
- Support the implementation of strategies that will enable the company to work closely with external stakeholders;
- Execute key projects for the department, especially related to CSR and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI);
- Work in
- functional collaboration, ensuring Policy & Communications value integration into brand team priorities; - With the help of
- parties, work on a strategy to enhance our social media channels, aligning them with our work and impact on stakeholders; - Collaborate closely with local and international colleagues from Policy & Communications, Access & Value, Account Access, Marketing, Medical, among others, to ensure alignment on Policy & Communication strategies, coordination on local actions and communication;

Education & Experience
- University degree (management, social sciences, communication, law, economics, finance, or similar)
Skills
- Able to manage own work, with ability to prioritize, plan and organize work assignments of the team while working under strict timelines;
- Is

- task while delivering high quality work; - Successfully develops relationships leading to the creation of a strong professional network;

- Fluency in spoken and written English;
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel;
