As our Senior UI Designer, you’ll collaborate closely with our UX and Visual designers, Content team, and developers to bring our digital vision to life. Your role will focus on creating intuitive, visually engaging interfaces that reflect our brand's personality and make complex workflows feel effortless.

Your Tasks

• Lead the visual design of our two
  - facing websites usercentrics.com and cookiebot.com, web and mobile.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final
  - off to developers.
• Conduct and apply feedback from usability testing and stakeholder reviews to iterate on designs for optimal usability.
• Maintain and evolve the existing design system to ensure scalability and design consistency.

You Bring

• Experience with animations (e. g. Lottie, Rive, After Effects).
• Proficiency in typography, web and mobile UIs, colour, layout, iconography.
• High proficiency in Figma,
  -
  - date with latest features releases.
• Ability to present your designs, clearly articulating the goals and concepts to various stakeholders, also at executive level.
• Always
  -
  - date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Understand technical capabilities and constraints of our platforms (our websites are on Word
  Press).
• Be open to receiving and acting on feedback, and equally willing to provide constructive feedback to others.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have's:

• B2B Saa
  S experience.
• Familiarity with Word
  Press websites.
• Analytics and A/B testing.
