Responsibilities:
- Analyze and comment on business development for Asia-Pacific reporting entities.
- Coordinate reporting processes and perform financial analysis of business transactions in SAP.
- Execute SAP Cost Accounting Tasks (SAP CO, BW) during month/year-end closing, business plan, and forecast.
- Support local controlling activities like accrual management or planning processes.
- Implement divisional cost accounting standards in SAP CO and BW.
- Create planning tools and reporting templates in MS Excel.
- Optimize reporting processes and support improvement projects.
- Support SAP BW and HFM controlling database management.
- Ad hoc Financial Reporting.
Education & Experience:
- Degree in economics, management, finance, or similar.
- At least two years of professional experience in cost controlling.
Personality:
- Distinctive analytical competence, robustness, and result orientation.
- Strong ability to work under pressure, with deadlines.
- Very structured, accurate, and
- oriented way of working. - Team spirit, dynamic, proactive, responsible, and proactive communication skills.
Working Practice:
- Cross-functional and
- process mindset. - Strong work ethic and responsibility.
Experience and Knowledge:
- Basic comprehension of reporting procedures.
- Work experience with SAP ERP 6. 0 (focus on CO and BW modules) will be a nice to have.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and
- solving skills.
Languages:
- Fluent in English, able to work in an international environment.
