From our factory (Cipan) we are looking for a Controller who will have the following responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordinating the budget process and due
  - up, establishing financial forecasts in conjunction with the rest of the company's departments;
• Drawing up and monitoring the company's industrial costing system;
• Drawing up and monitoring the company's KPIs.
• Comparing the company's budget with actual results by issuing deviation reports.
• Analyzing and controlling the company's production, operating and administrative costs, seeking to identify opportunities to reduce expenses without compromising quality, thus controlling the Department's accounting operations.
• Evaluating investment proposals taking into account the assumptions defined by the company.
• Preparing and presenting regular management reports for the Board of Directors, highlighting the company's financial and operational performance and ensuring transparency in the company's financial management.
• Providing management with clear and objective information to support strategic
  - making.
• Periodically checking accounting entries to ensure that the financial statements accurately reflect business activities.
• Preparing bank reconciliations and monitoring cash flows
• Ensuring that all financial practices comply with internal policies as well as group policies.

Requirements:

• Degree in Economics and/or Management or higher;
• 3 years' professional experience in the Finance/Accounts Department;
• Training in finance or Master's degree in Management or MBA in Management;
• English and Spanish (plus).
