For our location in Trofa we are currently looking for a

Controller

Your Responsibilities

• Daily processing of the RFI (Request for investment) from each Preh legal entity.
• Monthly CAPEX reporting and analysis for Preh management as well as for Shareholder.
• Monthly depreciation reporting and analysis in coordination with the accounting team.
• Participation in yearly budget and forecast of Preh global CAPEX.
• Process owner of the Investment Work-Flow: maintain and improve the process description; coordination with IT for process technical setup; contact person for the process audit.
• Optimization of the existing RFI
  - flow through automation and digitalization.
• Creation of the investment reports in SAP BI (Business Intelligence).
• Close coordination with the Accounting team, IT SAP & Work-flow expert, legal entity Controller.
• Support headquarter Controlling team in various reporting and analysis.
• Prompt preparation for
  - hoc analysis tasks from management.

• Technical training in the financial area.
• Experience in CAPEX Controlling or cost controlling for at least 1 year.
• Advanced skills in Excel, especially in processing databases.
• Knowledge of SAP R3 or S4 HANA in Controlling (SAP-CO) and Business Intelligence (BI).
• SAP Investment Management (SAP-IM) experience would be a plus.
• Fluent in English.
• Focus on results.

• Very good communication skills.
• Willingness to travel.
