About the job

• The Continuous Improvement Specialist's main mission is to lead key strategic programs using deep expertise in Continuous Improvement topics such as Process Efficiency, Automation, Digital and Artificial Intelligence, or Data-related topics.

Your Main Activities Are

• Accompany the sponsor as a trusted advisor to understand and solve challenges, managing and developing a solid working relationship.
• Develop a network and intimacy with clients and stakeholders, building credibility and reliability while promoting Partners for Projects (P4P) and enhancing the brand’s image.
• Take full ownership and leadership to structure and manage complex projects or assigned streams while ensuring the highest quality work and delivering breakthrough results.
• Lead clients’ meetings and workshops and prepare
  - making material for senior executives within the Global Banking ecosystem to be discussed during operational and steering committees.
• Contribute to generating a positive, collaborative, and motivating spirit within the team and develop
  - changing ideas.

Profile and Skills to Success

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or any related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in Project Management and Consulting or Banking and Financial Operations.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma Methodologies.
• Ability to deliver with a
  - making approach and
  - driven mindset.
• Ability to
  - task and adapt to changing priorities by considering the impact on the business.
