We’re looking for a CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT COORDINATOR who makes a difference!

Your Impact:
As a member of our team, you will support the department in various strategic and operational activities, such as:
- Lead and implement LEAN Manufacturing Systems in collaboration with the Management Team.
- Develop, train, and coach the operational team on Lean tools and methodologies.
- Ensure the implementation, understanding, and adherence to Lean standards across the organization.
- Facilitate and pilot Lean tools including 5S, Kanban, Hoshin, Standardized Work, and Quality Basics.
- Monitor monthly factory performance indicators, conduct systematic internal audits, and drive action plans.
- Identify, propose, and support continuous improvement projects to simplify complex processes.
- Oversee project development, ensuring alignment with internal needs and conducting functionality tests.
- Regularly share project progress and ensure timely execution of actions in PDCA cycles.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Engineering or related fields.
- LEAN Manufacturing Expertise: Advanced knowledge of principles, tools (8D, 5S, PDCA), and
- solving frameworks. - Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel, strong IT skills, and fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Core Competencies: Emotional control, time management, and effective
- making under pressure. - Leadership in Change and Communication: Drives continuous improvement, clear communication, conflict resolution, and strong interpersonal networking.
