Job Description:

We are recruiting for the Shared Services Center of a multinational, leader in the global food retail sector: Nestlé Business Services.

They are currently looking to strengthen their team with a Content Steward Specialist (M/F) for the region of Lisbon.

This person will be tasked with supporting the adoption and use of Nestlé global digital asset management tools, ensuring best practices are in place, and maintaining high levels of data and content quality.

Main responsibilities:

1. Act as Single Point of Contact for the assigned internal partner
2. Identify and rectify gaps in the current Content Asset Management model
3. Provide support and guidance for content library management
4. Support
   - user engagement, content marketing workflows, collecting data, analyzing trends, and providing actionable insights regarding content library management
5. Assist with
   - user support queries
6. Deliver training on all aspects of content asset management

Ideal Profile:

1. Proficiency in English (spoken and written);
2. Demonstrated analytical thinking and attention to detail in previous projects and experiences
3. Good understanding of marketing workflows and data (e. g. , Taxonomy, naming conventions, etc. )
4. Excellent understanding of digital asset management best practices
5. Ability to meet deliverable requirements, service level measures, and specific targets
6. Excellent communication skills
7. Experience in the development and implementation of processes and best practices
8. Strong training and presentation skills
9. Solid planning and project management skills
10. Detail-oriented with the ability to handle various projects simultaneously
