Your Role

As part of the IMI (Incident Management Investigation) Team, you’ll manage and review sensitive internet content to maintain trust and quality across social media and advertising platforms.

Your Daily Responsibilities

• Data Synthesis: Summarize complex information from various sources for diverse audiences.
• Trend Analysis: Investigate and report on trends, providing actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Documentation: Keep detailed records of data, research, and procedures for transparency.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work with management to align research with organizational goals.
• Risk Evaluation: Analyze risks impacting platform trust and propose solutions.
• Emerging Threats: Identify and forecast potential abuses, ensuring platform and user safety.
• Impact Translation: Assess global developments’ potential impacts on users and provide recommendations for proactive measures.

Flexibility & Adaptability

You may occasionally support the English market or other workflows using translation tools, depending on business needs or workload fluctuations.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swahili (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in English at a professional working level.
• Exceptional analytical and
  - solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive content objectively.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, including public holidays (7:00 AM–6:00 PM).

• Base Salary: 988€/month.
• Meal Allowance: 7€/day (approximately 154€/month).
