We are inviting applications for the role of Content Review Specialist - Process Associate – Spanish – On Site Lisbon! We’re looking for someone with a great work ethic, and the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger collaborative environment. Self-starting, intellectually curious and creative individual comfortable operating in a
- paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Review content and provide resolution based on prescribed guidelines.
2. Provide resolution to maintain standards of quality.
3. Recognize trends and patterns and raise issues timely.
4. Provide insights to help improve the support to the users.
5. Maintain a thorough understanding of process and policies.
6. Provide excellent customer service to our customers.

Qualifications we seek in you:

Minimum qualifications:

1. Any Graduate.
2. Freshers are eligible.
3. Advanced level of Spanish.

Preferred qualifications:

1. Effective probing skills and analyzing/understanding skills.
2. Problem solving skills with customer centric approach.
3. Willingness to work on a flexible schedule (potential weekend shift work).
4. Ability to work with content that can be egregious in nature, on a day to day basis.
