Your responsibilities and impact as a Content Moderator will be:

1. Reviewing content (videos, images, text, and audio) in accordance with policies
2. Responding to customer inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals
3. Ensuring user and brand safety
4. Providing services on a 24/7 shift rotation

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

1. You have a fluent level of Italian and a good level of English

What’s in it for you?

1. Type of contract: a
   - term
   - term contract, renewable every year
2. Working hours: full time (40h/week) on rotating shifts; 24/7
3. Salary conditions (*) – 2 options:
1. Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 850€ gross/month
2. Excluding accommodation: 1080€ gross/month
4. For international candidates:
1. Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 9 months
2. Airport pick up
3. Yearly
   - way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU)
4. Help in paperwork, opening a bank account, etc. upon your arrival
5. Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sport activities, and social events organized by the company
