If you’re looking to grow and be inspired, as a Customer Service Representative in Porto, Portugal (On-Site) you will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations. And that we fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence: high targets regarding quality, efficiency & customer journey improvement.

What you will do in this role

As a Content Moderator, you will:

1. Provide a content regulation service for one of the largest technological platforms in the World;
2. Ensure that the platform's store content is accurately reviewed and actioned to meet the platform’s policies;
3. Maintain a high level of quality in each case that you review;
4. Ensure training, standards, and policies are provided.

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

1. Have an advanced level of Greek (written and oral) (C1)
2. Have an intermediate level of English
3. Have prior Customer Service Experience (minimum 6 months);
4. Possess a high curiosity about the cryptocurrency market;
5. Can effectively communicate, both written and verbally;
6. Are skilled in
   - tasking & working under pressure;
7. Are a fast learner and diligent worker.
