As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate
  - generated content, including text, images, and videos, in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure that all content complies with our company's policies and guidelines.
• Identify and escalate any inappropriate or sensitive content to the appropriate team.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve content policies and processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content moderation.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to maintain a positive and safe online community for our users.
• Handle user inquiries and complaints related to content moderation in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

• Fluent in German and English, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain
  - quality standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities.
• Knowledge of digital content regulations and laws is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
