Are you a native in Spanish or French with a passion for digital content? We're on the lookout for a talented Content Reviewer to join our team in the sunny and vibrant city of Lisbon!

RESPONSABILITIES:
You will be responsible for the review, classification and elimination of content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels.
You need to understand and remain updated on changing client policies and guidelines.
You will investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team.
Participate in process improvement initiatives that improve quality and efficiency of work.
Participate in continuous training programs and workgroup discussions for optimal development in the role.
Engage in conversation around socially sensitive topics with the purpose of keeping our communities safe.

REQUIREMENTS:
Spanish or French fluent + English (mandatory).
Completed Compulsory Education (Minimum required)
Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
Deep familiarity and passion for the internet, internet platforms, and internet culture.
Ability to work well individually and as part of a team and to work differing rotations/shifts.


What we offer:
Base salary: 1500€
Meal Allowance: 7, 62€
09h00 to 18h00, monday to friday
