Content moderation - Porto

We are looking for Italian or German speakers to join our team of content moderators in Porto, Portugal for a
- known streaming platform.

EU passport or Portuguese residence card

C1 level of Italian or German

Relocation:

Flight ticket + 3 weeks hotel accommodation on arrival
After that, you can choose to live in a Company-owned apartment room with a rent of 280 for 12 months (discounted directly from the payslip)

Review online videos/content/complaints/legal notices received from the end customer on any incorrect decisions taken related to their copyright work/material
Review/update contents on a popular social media platform
Audit content received and share for social media upload
Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services
Strict adherence to the accuracy guidelines as laid down by the client
Ensure to protect the data of the customer and compliance process is followed

Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
Dependable with strong attention to detail
Skilled in
- tasking, including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly
Tolerance for repetitive work in a
- paced, high production work environment
Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations, including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner
Willingness to work a flexible schedule
Associate degree in related field with 6 months to one year of relevant experience preferred
Strong customer service orientation skills
