What you will do in this role

As a Content Moderator, you will:

1. Take an active role in continuously seeking initiatives to enhance service and improve the overall user experience.
2. Review, audit, and moderate content from the end customer and copyright.
3. Review user behaviors and ensure adherence to the rules of the Social Media areas.
4. Analyze reports according to protocols, procedures, and instructions, maintaining a high level of quality in each report.
5. Act as a central point of moderation between Social Media users, applying guidelines with reference to nuanced and
   - dependent policies.
6. Make autonomous decisions on challenging issues of a potentially sensitive or
   - critical nature.

1. Are fluent in verbal and written Italian (C1).
2. Are fluent in verbal and written English (B2).
3. Have at least 6 months of relevant experience in related fields.
4. Have tolerance for repetitive work in a
   - paced, high production work environment.
5. Can work as a team member, as well as independently.
6. Can multitask, possess critical reasoning skills, and communicate effectively.
