What you will do in this role

As a Content Moderator, you will:

• Continuously seek initiatives to enhance service and improve the overall user experience
• Review, audit, and moderate content from the end customer and copyright
• Review user behaviors and ensure adherence to Social Media guidelines
• Analyze reports according to protocols, maintaining a high level of quality in each report
• Act as a central point of moderation, applying guidelines to nuanced and
  - dependent policies
• Make autonomous decisions on sensitive or
  - critical issues

• Are fluent in German (C1) and English (B2)
• Have at least 6 months of relevant experience
• Can tolerate repetitive work in a
  - paced environment
• Can work as a team member and independently
• Can multitask, possess critical reasoning skills, and communicate effectively
