What you will do in this role

As a Content Moderator, you will:

• Take an active role in continuously seeking initiatives to enhance service and improve the overall user experience
• Review, audit and moderate contents from the end customer and copyright
• Review user behaviours and ensure compliance with Social Media guidelines
• Analyse reports according to protocols, procedures and instructions, maintaining a high level of quality in each report
• Act as a central point of moderation between Social Media users, applying our guidelines with reference to nuanced and
  - dependent policies
• Make autonomous decisions on challenging issues of a potentially sensitive or
  - critical nature

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

• Are fluent in French (C1) and English (B2)
• Have at least 6 months of relevant experience in related fields
• Possess strong customer service oriented skills
• Can tolerate repetitive work in a
  - paced, high production work environment
• Can work as a team member, as well as independently
• Can multitask, possess critical reasoning skills, and communicate effectively
• Are a fast learner and diligent worker
