What you will do in this role

As a Content Moderator, you will:

1. Actively seek initiatives to enhance service and improve user experience;
2. Review, audit, and moderate content from end customers and copyright;
3. Review user behaviors and ensure compliance with Social Media guidelines;
4. Analyze reports according to protocols, maintaining a high level of quality;
5. Serve as a central point of moderation, applying guidelines to nuanced policies;
6. Make autonomous decisions on sensitive or
   - critical issues.

1. Are fluent in French (C1) and English (B2);
2. Have at least 6 months of relevant experience;
3. Can tolerate repetitive work in a
   - paced environment;
4. Work well both independently and as a team member;
5. Can multitask and communicate effectively;
