Job Description

Your Tasks

1. Manage Team Salt Customer Service Representatives.
2. Encourage the team in the realization of departmental targets.
3. Be responsible for the team's performance and the application of the rules defined by the Core Process.
4. Elaborate and realize different projects.
5. Act as the first point of contact for any employee problems in the team, including issues a Customer Service Representative could face in difficult situations with customers.

What You Bring

1. Experience in Customer Service,
   - selling, and Team Management.
2. Very good command of at least two languages - minimum level C1: German and English is a plus.
3. Interest in telecommunication products.
4. Flexible working hours (Monday to Saturday) from 07:00 to 21:00.
5. Personal strengths: reliability and punctuality.
