Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Contact Center Retention Agent to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to retain customers and ensure they remain with our company by addressing their concerns, providing solutions, and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to retain customers and ensure their continued loyalty.
2. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
3. Offer solutions and alternatives to meet customer needs and prevent cancellations.
4. Document all interactions and update customer records accurately.
5. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and reinforce their decision to stay.

Qualifications:

1. Advanced or Native level of written and spoken German.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Previous customer service or retention experience preferred.
4. Excellent communication and
   - solving skills.
5. Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
6. Basic computer proficiency.
