Position Summary

A Consumer Engagement Services Nutritionist will assist Nestlé consumers with questions and doubts when using our products and services. This role involves resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding product users through features and functionalities. You will offer counseling and suggestions regarding nutrition, dietary restrictions, and health issues for consumers and their babies.

A day in the life of. . .

1. Respond to customer queries via phone and written channels in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Provide and clarify information regarding the nutrition of Nestlé products.
3. Offer counseling and suggestions for positive alterations in nutrition and dietary restrictions.
4. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
5. Treat serious and sensitive consumer contacts following specific guidelines.
6. Act as an ambassador for our brands and products.
7. Inform customers about new products, functionalities, and campaigns.
8. Gather consumer feedback and complete a FAQ database and
   - based documents.
9. Build relationships with stakeholders, providing information on health and nutrition topics.
10. Ensure compliance with Nestlé CES Standard Instructions on Consumer Complaints Handling.
11. Redirect consumer questions to appropriate stakeholders when necessary.

What will make you successful

1. German Native/Near Native.
2. Fluent in English or Portuguese.
3. Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition/Dietetics, Life Science, Food Science, or similar.
4. 5-8 years of experience advising clients on food intake choices and meal planning.
5. Knowledge of recommendations from relevant Nutrition Institutions and Federal Nutrition Strategy of the German Government.
6. Understanding of baby and adult nutrition.
7. Experience in customer relations.
8. Excellent communication and
   - solving skills.
9. Capable of
   - tasking and being autonomous while working remotely.
10. Attention to detail, flexibility, and willingness to learn new technologies.
