A JLL está a recrutar Consultor(a) Residencial para a nossa loja de Oeiras, em Paço D'Arcos.
A JLL opera em 80 países, através de 300 escritórios e cerca de 105. 000 colaboradores. Com mais de 200 anos de história, está presente em Portugal desde 1997, contando com uma equipa pluridisciplinar com mais de 400 profissionais. Desenvolve a sua atividade nos mercados de escritórios, retalho, residencial e hotelaria, nas áreas de agência, investimento, corporate solutions, consultoria estratégica, avaliações, gestão de imóveis, arquitetura, construção e research.

Perfil do Candidato:

• Conhecimentos comprovados em mediação imobiliária, com experiência em funções similares ou de cariz comercial;
• Perfil autónomo e proativo;
• Valorizamos experiência internacional, facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal;
• Domínio de português e inglês falado e escrito é essencial, valorizamos conhecimentos de francês;
• Experiência na utilização de ferramentas informáticas Windows - valorizamos conhecimentos em Back
  Office comercial;
• Valorizamos licenciatura em gestão imobiliária, marketing ou similar (não eliminatório).
