Main characteristics:

Ability to work as part of a team, assuming responsibility and commitment to tasks;
Ability to understand and appreciate client needs, developing a good commercial relationship;
Experience in processes related to the purchase/sale of real estate;
Ability to recognize the direction of the sector by following the main market trends;
Proactivity and ability to learn;
Mandatory to be fluent in Portuguese and English; Looking to have a German speaker; Any other languages will be considered a plus;
B driving license;

Responsibilities:

Conduction real estate investment research for international clients;
Selecting appropriate investment options based on client feedback;
Client consulting through call, video conferences;
Drafting and finalizing research reports for clients;
Analyzing market information for the clients;
Identifying key areas of concern and areas of improvement in the client interaction and service;
Discuss findings with other researchers and members of the organization;
