responsabilidades chave

assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism on incoming calls;

As a customer service advisor, you will contact potential clients in a warm and professional manner, to present our client's services and their advantages, with the aim of acquiring new clients.

provide accurate,
- time responses to customer inquiries;

keep detailed records of interactions with customers and actions taken;

competências

proficient in french;

previous experience in a call center environment (preferred);

high school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree (a plus);

knowledge of technical troubleshooting methods (a bonus).

What do we have for you?

Base Salary paid in 14 months: 880, 00€

Performance Bonus paid in 12 months: 168, 00€

Monday to Saturday

08:00 – 19:00 (Rotational shifts)

Days Off - Sunday + 1 rotational day
