The opportunity

EY is looking for a Service
Now Consultant to join our Digital Engineering team. In this role, you will play a key role in providing the competitive edge our customers need to overcome some of the biggest creative and technical challenges around. You will help clients to realize the value they can gain from their IT investments — supporting strategy and being a key growth driver, guiding our clients on their IT vision, strategy, and roadmap as they embark on building their transformation journeys. Our consultants work in agile,
- functional teams addressing significant issues such as cloud, emerging technologies, digital transformation, enterprise agility, scaling
- growth businesses, and exploiting the potential of AI.

Your key responsibilities

• Participate in strategic projects for clients operating in multiple industries.

• Define and implement technical and business requirements to implement the Service
Now platform (ITSM, ITOM, GRC, ESG, etc. ).

• Work closely with Service
Now technical teams.

• Support team management.

• Oversee application and workflow configuration.

• Interpret the organization's strategic objectives and transform them into tactical and operational objectives.

• Analyze client’s technological transformation and engineering improvement opportunities and provide relevant and practical solutions.

• Develop
- specific reporting processes and integration components.

• Provide trusted advice on how digital transformation and technology enablement can lead to improved performance.

• Contribute to proposals and client presentations for complex IT delivery projects.

• Contribute to clients’ business development.

• Collaborate with various EY groups with digital and cloud capabilities to pursue and deliver
-
- end digital engagements.

• Identify and characterize technological transformation initiatives, prioritizing them while considering dependencies.

• Stay aware of best practices and market trends regarding various components of technological architecture.

• Actively contribute to EY’s Technology Transformation.

• Understand all our consulting service offerings and Alliance partnerships.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Informatics, Management, or similar fields of study.

• 2+ years of experience in Consulting and/or High-Tech industry.

• 1+ years of professional experience in Service
Now projects - defining strategic plans/directors of information systems/information technologies or redefining technological Architectures with medium/high complexity, ITIL, HR, and other modules.

• Knowledge in BPMN.

• Knowledge in IT Governance and ITSM Frameworks.

• Experience in governance and people/skills/culture change management associated with transformation projects.

• Hands-on transformation experience working on the
- side and project teams.

• Full English Proficiency.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Service
Now certifications.

• Certifications in ITSM frameworks (ITIL).

• Experience in Agile and Dev
Ops.

• Experience in Design Thinking.
