Who we're looking for

We are seeking highly motivated and
- oriented Consultants to join our dynamic Consulting Team in Lisbon. As a consultant, you will play a supporting role in impactful transformation projects for our global and local clients. You will be at the forefront of developing and implementing transformation across various areas, including marketing and customer operating models, commerce, and loyalty.

What You'll Do

1. Conduct thorough analysis of complex business challenges, leveraging strategic thinking to develop robust diagnoses and actionable solutions.
2. Collaborate effectively with project teams to ensure timely delivery of
   - quality deliverables that exceed client expectations.
3. Establish
   - based relationships with clients and colleagues across the network, understanding their unique needs and providing insightful recommendations.
4. Present information clearly and concisely, conveying insights and recommendations effectively to both technical and
   - technical audiences.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in a reputable consulting firm, with a proven track record of delivering impactful projects.
3. Strong analytical and
   - solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and trend identification.
4. Exceptional organizational skills.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Power
   Point and Excel for data analysis and presentation.

1. Expertise in one or more of the following areas: customer and marketing, commerce, loyalty, or consultancy support to technology projects.
