Job Overview:

As a Product Owner, you will:

• Drive the vision of the product
• Define and prioritize the product backlog
• Collaborate with the client and key stakeholders
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to create designs that meet the vision of the product
• Ensure user stories meet the definition of ready and are prepared for development
• Work closely with the development team to provide guidance around the product direction and user stories
• Accept user stories as they meet the definition of done
• Track product progress and releases
• Facilitate backlog refinement and participate in the daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospective
• Drive client sprint demos alongside the scrum team
• Coach and mentor more junior members of the team

Basic Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience as a Product Owner driving and delivering a successful Product Roadmap in an Agile environment
• 3 years of experience writing features, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria in a product development environment
• 3 years of experience working with clients to capture experience or technology nuances and enablers and translating them into actionable next steps
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Have extensive knowledge of a product delivery model from inception to execution
• Have a solid understanding and ability to describe and articulate the roles within a product team and responsibilities of the roles within a
  - scale product team
• Have used and/or created JIRA, Rally, or Version One boards to track project scope
• Have experience using In
  Vision/Zeplin to help develop UI/UX mocks
• Are experienced working in an Agile development process or have an Agile certification (POPM, APM, CSPO)
• Have the ability to manage conflict within an organization regarding planning and prioritization
• Have excellent leadership, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills

• Have knowledge of current technology trends, especially in areas like Cloud, Io
