Project Description:

I intend to remodel a building that is over 51 years old, covering an area of over 100 m². The work includes roof and ceiling insulation, targeted structural repairs to wooden beams, wall plastering, construction of new sanitary facilities, demolition of annexes, painting and finishing, as well as renovation of interior and exterior floors using granite, marmorites, and existing wood finishing. The intervention also includes electricity, lighting, plumbing, windows, and other necessary finishes. I have all the permits and a defined project, needing only execution. The remodeling should start within 3 to 6 months, with a flexible completion date. All proposals will be considered, with priority given to experienced and qualified teams.
