Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Consolidation and Reporting Specialist to join our core finance team. The ideal candidate will have experience in consolidation activities and a strong understanding of financial reporting. This role will report to the Core Finance Reporting Manager.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform and ensure accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidations.
2. Prepare and review consolidation journal entries and adjustments.
3. Coordinate with (group) entities for financial information and resolve intercompany transactions.
4. Prepare consolidated financial statements in line with applicable GAAP and additional IFRS reporting.
5. Develop/Assist in creating management reports and presentations.
6. Support external audits with necessary documentation. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports.
7. Key user of our consolidation tool Prophix FC.
8. Onboard newly acquired companies in Net
   Suite/Prophix.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Data Science, or related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in this field.
3. Experience in Consolidation & Reporting and data analysis tools (e. g. , Excel, Power
   BI and/or Sigma/Prophix is a plus).
4. Experience in a multinational company environment.
